This is the first Studio unit we have designed and completed, for a client from Leyte, for his wife and child, who will be staying in Cebu to Study. The small area was a challenge, but it was quite fulfilling to be able to layout the space properly, maximizing the space and were able to add more function. The client was very happy and satisfied.
