Instead of staying at hotels anywhere in the city, everytime they visit Cebu, the client couple finally decided to purchase a unit in Sedona Parc situated in Cebu Business Park. Though they wanted the comforts of the hotels they've stayed in, still nothing would beat coming home to a place of their own. The photo above is the Master bedroom, furnished with a queen size bed and two night stands with drawers. The bench at the foot of the bed also serves as a storage on its own. The patterns on the walls and the bed linens altogether already makes a design statement. In turn you would not have to place too much accessories just to liven up the space. Above is the smaller bedroom, for the couple's kids furnished with single bed with a pull-out & drawers. The pieces were chosen carefully in order to achieve our desired look, while at the same time enjoying more function, and more storage spaces in their most less obvious forms and locations. Another way of making a room cozier, simply add lamps with warm white bulbs. Sometimes you don't really need to do so much. Moving on to the common area, the photo below is the living room. The unit didn't actually undergo major construction works. The client only wanted it simple yet inviting with just the right amount of pieces that they'd basically need. Since they really have to furnish the unit, they might as well have gotten our help to choose the right pieces, to also save them time and effort, and in other words less hassle on their part. Most of the pieces are ready-made items, except for the sofa bed at the living room. We really had this custom-made to get the design we wanted. Who would have thought this sofa has a pull-out bed! And the photo below is our modern tv rack. Below is our dining area. The mirror across it creates an illusion of having another room across, which also makes the room even more visually bigger.
