YANONG RESIDENCE

This is one of the very first house we have designed, in 2008, located in Corona del Mar, Talisay Cebu. The lot area was only about more or less 100 sq. meters, but with a proper and well-though-of layout and design, It's really amazing how much one can already do so much to maximize the space and function.

The owner is a seaman, living in the house together with his wife and kids. The house wasn't built for just a one-time contract. It was constructed phase by phase, with reference to the Masterplan we provided.

Completing the plans (of the house) ahead is an advantage, since it gave the owner an idea on the budget to prepare, or the detailed cost estimate in constructing it to completion. 

The exterior of the house, even with its classical elements, looks really light, airy, spacious and cozy.

And now, the house is finally completed. We really appreciate how the client stick to the plans and the design. This is one of the amazing success stories full of determination, perseverance and hard work. Kudos to Mr. Yanong.
